Shakepay Supermarket Sprint TikTok Contest Rules

1. Overview

Each week, Shakepay Inc. (“Shakepay”) will post a TikTok video featuring a Supermarket Sprint challenge (the “Contest Video”). Participants will have the opportunity to win the value of the basket shown in the video. The Contest Video will clearly indicate that it is part of the contest, both verbally and in the video’s caption.

2. Contest Period

The Shakepay Supermarket Sprint TikTok Contest (the “Contest”) is a weekly event, starting every Monday at 1:00 PM MST (the “Start Time”) and ending on the following Friday at 1:00 PM MST (the “End Time”). The duration between the Start Time and End Time is referred to as the “Contest Period”. The Contest is operated by Shakepay.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory. To be eligible to participate, you must:

1. Have a valid Shakepay account with a verified identity; and

2. Comment on the Contest Video on TikTok with your Shakepay username (shaketag) before the End Time.

If you do not have a Shakepay account, you may create one by clicking on the link provided in the bio of Shakepay’s official TikTok account. Please note that there is a maximum of one (1) entry per person per Contest Period.

4. Prize

Each week, one (1) winner will be selected to receive a prize equal to the Canadian dollar value of the basket featured in the Contest Video, which was paid for by Shakepay. The prize will be deposited directly into the winner’s Shakepay account, after the winner has correctly answered a mandatory mathematical skill-testing question.

The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted every Friday after the End Time. The selected winner will be notified via direct message from Shakepay’s official TikTok account (@shakepay). Please be aware that no other TikTok accounts are authorized to contact participants regarding this Contest.

6. General Conditions

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. Shakepay reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the Contest at any time without notice or liability. By participating in the Contest, you agree to comply with these official rules and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shakepay is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any other issues that may interfere with your ability to participate in the Contest.

8. Amendments

Shakepay may, in its sole discretion, amend these rules at any time without notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on Shakepay’s TikTok account.
